Meditation

Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and fear, to enhance a sense of peace & well-being, to assist practitioners in clearing their minds and calming their emotions and to improve overall health and psychological functioning.
 
Meditation & Stress Reduction 4 week online series starts Saturday 2/1/25 from 10-10:45am!
This 4-week series will be offered on zoom on Saturdays from 2/1/25-thru 2/22/25. To register for this 4-week series, please email Hannah at hcaratti2@gmail.com or call her at 707-494-7470. It is $100 for the 4-week series or $30 per session. Partial scholarships are available for those in need. No one will be turned away. The registration fee can be sent to hcaratti2@gmail.com on zelle or paypal.
 
Schedule Your Online Private “Relaxation Practices” Session at a time that works for you! These are 30 or 40 minute sessions tailored to your needs and preferences. Sessions can include guided meditation, gentle yoga, deep relaxation, iRest/Yoga Nidra and sound healing (healing songs, Tibetan bowl &/or flute) while you rest.
