Meditation practices include mindfulness meditation (Vipassana), breathing meditation, compassion meditation (Metta) and the iRest process described on the iRest page of this site. Readings from the book, Awakening Joy, by meditation teacher James Baraz, may be included. I also teach meditative self-help practices from Japanese acupressure (Jin Shin Jyutsu).
I offer weekly yoga & meditation groups at my home studio in West Santa Rosa near Hwy. 12 & Fulton Rd. On Tuesdays from 3-4pm & Thursdays 10:30-11:30am.
Cost is $20-25 per 1-hour session ($15 for those in need).
