Course Description

Our Fitness & Wellness Class, led by Hannah Caratti, M.A., focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and wellness practices. Use of light weights, easy dance moves, self healing acupressure, and relaxation techniques are introduced. It is tailored for people of all different fitness levels and for seniors.

Preparations for Class

  • Please wear layered clothing that you can easily stretch and move in.
  • Bring light weights (2 lb-5 lb weights or matching soup cans)
  • Have a chair available for balance poses and seated poses, or a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
  • Please tune into your body and do what works best for you.
  • You are not expected to do exercises that don’t feel right for your body!
