Yoga, Songs & Relaxation will be on Sunday, October 12, from 4-5pm at the Rincon Valley location of Revolution Yoga: 748 Montecito Center, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, close to Oliver’s Market in East Santa Rosa. It is by Donation at the Door Only (not thru Revolution Yoga). Please bring your yoga mat (or let me know if you need one)!
Our next Song Circle (followed by a bit of yoga) will be on Saturday, October 25, from 10-10:30am on zoom followed by gentle yoga from 10:30-11am.
