iRest (Integrative Restoration) is a contemporary meditative process developed by psychologist Richard Miller, PhD, based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (the sleep of the yogi – conscious and aware, yet resting deeply). Most participants lie down for this process with a bolster under their knees, although it can also be done in a sitting position.
Hannah Caratti, LMFT, will be offering a 4-week online series of this practice, preceded by healing songs and gentle movements. This 4-week series will be offered on Saturdays from 2/1/25-thru 2/22/25. To register for this 4-week series, please email Hannah at hcaratti2@gmail.com or call her at 707-494-7470. It is $100 for the 4-week series or $30 per session. Partial scholarships are available for those in need. No one will be turned away.
