You are welcome to join us in a lovely backyard in Sebastopol on Saturday, June 13, from 3:30pm til 4:30pm for Singing (40 mins) and Gentle Yoga (20 mins) followed by optional swimming! Just contact hcaratti2@gmail.com to RSVP and for the address!
Also you are welcome to join us on Sunday, June 28, from 4-5pm Pacific Time for Gentle Yoga and a bit of singing at the Revolution Yoga Studio on Montecito Blvd near Oliver’s in Rincon Valley.
