Welcome to the Free Online Fitness and Wellness Classes thru Santa Rosa Jr College!

These Free Online classes with Hannah, thru SRJC’s Lifelong Learning Program, are on Wednesdays, from 10:30-11:30am.

Course Description

Class, led by Hannah Caratti, M.A., focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and wellness practices. Use of light weights, easy dance moves, self healing acupressure, and relaxation techniques are introduced. Participants are not required to attend all of the Spring classes, but attendance is encouraged since it helps to keep this free program running…So if you like it, please invite your friends!

Lifelong Learning Class 507, Section 4195 on Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am is an online Spring Semester class on zoom through Santa Rosa Jr College’s Lifelong Learning Program.

Registration

There is no age limit for SRJC lifelong learning courses, although they are tailored for seniors and all fitness levels.
Students may register at any time during the Spring semester. There are no fees for SRJC lifelong learning courses. Classes are open to California residents over 18.

Preparations for Class

  • Please wear layered clothing that you can easily stretch and move in.
  • Bring light weights (2 lb-5 lb weights or matching soup cans)
  • Have a chair available for balance poses and seated poses, or a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
  • Please tune into your body and do what works best for you.
  • You are not expected to do exercises that don’t feel right for your body!
