Course Description
- First Step: Students apply using the LL online Application for Admission.
If you don’t have a Student ID number, please leave it blank. For the Educational Goal and Program of Study, please put ‘undecided.’ If you prefer, you can call me at 707-494-7470 for assistance with registration and I can register you over the phone (takes about 3 minutes). - Second Step: Students who are new to class can get enrolled in one of the following two ways:
- Contact Hannah and express interest. Instructor would then complete the Noncredit Enrollment Sheet. Contact Hannah Caratti at hcaratti@santarosa.edu or text 707-494-7470 with your name and date of birth so she can enroll you in Class “LL507” and Section “4195” that is our Spring Semester Wednesday 10:30am online Fitness & Wellness class!

Preparations for Class
- Please wear layered clothing that you can easily stretch and move in.
- Bring light weights (2 lb-5 lb weights or matching soup cans)
- Have a chair available for balance poses and seated poses, or a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
- Please tune into your body and do what works best for you.
- You are not expected to do exercises that don’t feel right for your body!
