Preparations for Class
- Please wear layered clothing that you can easily stretch and move in.
- Bring light weights (2 lb-5 lb weights or matching soup cans)
- Have a chair available for balance poses and seated poses, or a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
- Please tune into your body and do what works best for you.
- You are not expected to do exercises that don’t feel right for your body!
