Welcome to my counseling and psychotherapy practice where I offer “walk and talk therapy,” somatic (body-oriented) psychotherapy and iRest (guided meditation and visualization). “Walk and Talk Therapy” helps my clients stay centered in the present moment, grounded in their bodies, and more able to move forward both physically and emotionally in their lives. iRest is a meditative protocol that is an evidence-based successful treatment for PTSD, developed by psychologist Richard Miller, Ph.D.
Yoga is an ancient practice that fosters wellness on all levels, enhancing strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. It is like Meditation in Motion, bringing healing and well-being through gentle slow movement, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. No experience is necessary. Students of all levels and range of motion are welcome!
Meditation Groups begin with welcoming everyone to the group, choosing and reading positive thought cards from Louise Hay, the Dalai Lama, and the Law of Attraction deck of cards.
