Join us for Gentle Yoga and Self-Healing Practices, including Acupressure and Guided Meditation.¬† Relax deeply, bathed in the healing sound of Hannah‚Äôs voice in song.¬† Beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome!

Workshop includes: Gentle Yoga: sitting, standing and lying down; and
- Healing Music
- Breathing and Relaxation
- Gentle Rocking movements to calm the nervous system
- Head, Neck & Shoulder self-massage
- Massage of the Vagus nerve area on neck to move from sympathetic to parasympathic response
