Join us for Gentle Yoga and Self-Healing Practices, including Acupressure and Guided Meditation. Relax deeply, bathed in the healing sound of Hannah’s voice in song. Beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome!
You are invited to experience the healing mineral waters before and after the workshop at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. - Deep Relaxation, Soothing Songs, and Guided Visualization (iRest/Yoga Nidra) Workshop ends with iRest, Yoga Nidra, as developed by Richard Miller, Ph.D. in which participants experience a guided visualization of what you would like in your life!
